Alexander Wahler appointed at SC Paderborn 07
On December 1, 2024, Alexander Wahler will join SC Paderborn 07 as Managing Director with responsibility for finance, marketing, and sales. Previously, he served as Managing Director of 1. FC Magdeburg Spielbetriebs GmbH and brings extensive industry experience from roles at Infront and TSG Hoffenheim. He will work alongside Benjamin Weber (Sports) and Martin Hornberger (Organization/Infrastructure).

Daniel Stolpe joins TSG Hoffenheim
As of November 1, 2024, Daniel Stolpe has taken on the newly created role of Director of Media, International Affairs, and Associations at TSG Hoffenheim. With prior experience at the DFL, Borussia Dortmund, and RB Leipzig, Stolpe will enhance Hoffenheim’s media engagement and partnerships at national and international levels. He will also work closely with associations like FIFA, UEFA, the DFB, and the DFL to expand the club’s influence.

Niklas Rohde moves to FC Schalke 04
Niklas Rohde has joined FC Schalke 04 as Partnership Manager Sponsoring. Previously, he spent two and a half years as a Sales and Account Manager at Reachbird and completed a seven-month internship with Schalke in early 2021. Rohde is excited about his new role and looks forward to working with the team and club partners.

Andreas Evensen joins Rosenborg BK
Andreas Evensen has started as Head of Business Development and Branding at Rosenborg BK, effective November 2024. Previously, he served as a Business Developer at Rosenborg for over two years and held roles as a Senior Consultant and Board Member at Avo Consulting. Evensen also has experience as General Manager of the Nils Arne Eggen Trainer Fund.

Kate Theobald promoted at Liverpool FC
Liverpool FC has promoted Kate Theobald to Commercial Director, succeeding Ben Latty. In this role, she will lead global partnerships and advance sustainability initiatives under The Red Way. Theobald, who joined Liverpool in 2019, previously led partnership sales as Vice President, driving record commercial growth. Her work established the club’s New York office and expanded partnerships in the Americas, bringing on brands like Coca-Cola, Google, and Peloton.

Giorgio Ricci returns to Inter Milan
On November 4, 2024, Giorgio Ricci rejoined Inter Milan as Chief Revenue Officer. With over two decades in sports revenue and marketing, Ricci previously served as CRO at Juventus and held roles at Inter, including Chief Commercial Officer from 2012 to 2014. He succeeds Luca Danovaro, focusing on commercial growth and partnerships to strengthen Inter’s financial stability.

Adrian Lis starts at Infront Lab
Adrian Lis has started as Senior Manager Sales at Infront Lab as of November 2024. He previously spent over three years as Senior Key Account Manager at Eintracht Frankfurt, where he managed finance-sector partnerships, including Deutsche Bank. Lis also brings extensive experience from SPORTFIVE, where he held roles in global partnerships, including Manager of Global Partnership Solutions.

Thor Olav Delgado appointed at Molde FK
Thor Olav Delgado has been appointed as Public Relations Manager at Molde FK, starting January 1, 2025. Previously the General Manager at Haugerud IF, Delgado brings strong experience in community engagement and sports administration. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening the club’s relationship with fans and enhancing communication with supporter groups at Aker Stadium.
