Inter Milan appoints Massimiliano Catanese
Massimiliano Catanese has been named Chief of Staff at Inter Milan as of January 1, 2025. Previously serving as Inter’s CEO for M-I Stadio S.r.l., Catanese will now oversee key departments and support the club’s corporate and sporting functions.

Andrea Oriol Valls leaves LaLiga
Andrea Oriol Valls has departed LaLiga after nearly eight years as a Business Development Consultant in Belgium. She now starts a new role as Country Manager at EF Education First Belgium, combining her skills with her passion for education and cultural exchange.

Dr. Stefan Stegemann steps into CEO role at Borussia Mönchengladbach
Dr. Stefan Stegemann has officially started his role as Chief Executive Officer at Borussia Mönchengladbach. Previously serving as Vice President of the club, Stegemann transitions into his new position to lead the organization’s future endeavors. Borussia extended a warm welcome as he begins this next chapter.

Tomáš Hluch departs MFK Skalica
Tomáš Hluch has left his role as Marketing Manager at MFK Skalica, where he served for four years. He also serves as Marketing Director at Cread Digital and as a Consultant for the Slovak Business Agency (SBA).

Sinancan Sozen joins Galatasaray SK
Sinancan Sozen has started as Director of Sponsorship and Advertising at Galatasaray SK, marking his return to the club. Sozen previously worked at Galatasaray from 2013 to 2018 as Sponsorship & International Affairs Executive. Since then, he has gained extensive experience in marketing and sponsorship roles, including positions at Trabzonspor and PUMA Group. His return to Galatasaray brings a wealth of expertise back to the club.

Motor Lublin SA appoints Ewelina Jasińska
Ewelina Jasińska has joined Motor Lublin SA as Communication Specialist. She brings experience from her previous roles as Social Media Specialist at the Polish Football Association (PZPN) and Marketing and Communication Specialist at Górnik Łęczna SA, along with volunteer work for the FIFA U-20 World Cup Poland 2019.

FC Copenhagen appoints Anne Dea Fønss Bach
Anne Dea Fønss Bach has joined FC Copenhagen as Ticketing and Customer Service Coordinator. She previously gained experience through roles such as Event Assistant at Venue Køge, internships at HB Køge and Aalborg Firmaidræt, and a part-time position at SuperBrugsen.

Maxim Kleiman joins Vivenu
After nearly 12 years with Nielsen Sports, Maxim Kleiman has started a new role as Director CEE at Vivenu. Reflecting on his time at Nielsen Sports, he expressed gratitude for the opportunity to expand markets and gain valuable business experience. At Vivenu, he will focus on promoting the company’s hyper-flexible ticketing solution and inspiring rights holders and event organizers about new business opportunities in the ticketing industry.

DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga promotes Nico Wagner
Nico Wagner has been promoted to Head of Editorial & Content at the DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga. Wagner has been with the DFL for over three years, previously serving as Deputy Head of External Corporate Communications and in other communication roles. He also brings experience from his time at JAKO AG, where he worked as Team Leader PR & Corporate Communications, and other positions in PR and media.

Football Association of the Czech Republic promotes Michal Kvapil
Michal Kvapil has started as Women’s Football Competitions Coordinator at the Football Association of the Czech Republic. Kvapil has been with the association since 2023 as Team Manager for the WU19 team and previously worked as Club Secretary at 1. FC Slovácko.

Toulouse FC promotes Thibaud Georges
Thibaud Georges has been promoted to Head of Operations B2B and B2C at Toulouse FC. Georges has been with the club since 2023, previously serving as Operations Manager B2C. He also brings experience from roles with UEFA and Agence Novabox, focusing on event management and fan experience.

De Graafschap appoints Marco Bogers
Marco Bogers has been named General Manager of De Graafschap and joins the club’s leadership team effective immediately. With 17 years of experience as General Manager at VVV-Venlo, Bogers brings extensive expertise to help De Graafschap achieve its organizational and strategic ambitions. He expressed pride and excitement in leading the Achterhoek club, emphasizing the potential for growth alongside its loyal supporter base and dedicated colleagues.

Joan Carrera López departs AC Milan
Joan Carrera López has left AC Milan, where he most recently served as Head of Partnership Sales – Special Projects and previously as Head of Retail & Licensing. Reflecting on his time with the club, Carrera López expressed gratitude for being part of its recent transformation and highlighted the valuable relationships and memories he gained during his tenure. He looks forward to starting a new chapter in his professional career, with more updates to come.

IFK Norrköping promotes Mats Willner
Mats Willner has been promoted to Marketing Manager at IFK Norrköping, having joined the club in May 2024 as Business Developer. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening the club’s connection with supporters, enhancing partnerships, and deepening ties to the local community, ensuring continued growth on and off the pitch.

FC Thun appoints Annelis Straubhaar
Annelis Straubhaar has taken over as CEO of FC Thun, effective January 1, 2025. Straubhaar, who previously held leadership roles in finance and HR at 3S Swiss Solar Solutions AG, brings extensive management experience, including expertise in digital transformation and process automation. She succeeds Tom Gut, whose tenure ended in December 2024, and will oversee the club’s operational management while reporting directly to the board.
