The Event Concept

The Marketing Excellence & Next-Gen Stadium Summit is a two day event. Day One will focus on the Next-Gen Stadium, Day Two on Marketing Excellence. On the evening of Day One, the Networking Evening including the presentation of the Marketing Excellence Awards will take place.

There will be two tracks of more than 90 minutes each on Day One and four tracks on Day Two. Each track consists of four sessions, a mixture keynotes, presentations, fireside chats and panel discussions.


Day One | Next-Gen Stadium

Track 1: The Fan
In this track, we are focussing on the fans – why they come to the stadium, how we can reach them and how we can make the whole experience – from busing a ticket until leaving the stadium after the game – as convenient as possible for them. And it’s about growing your fan base.

Track 2: The Stadium

In the second track of the day, the focus is on the stadium. On the infrastructure, the offer in the stadium, which digital developments improve the experience, which offers in the hospitality sector are necessary for economic success and more.
