CLUB SERVICES FOR LEAGUES
The main tasks of football leagues are usually to administrate the league and commercialize it. While the goal is of course to continuously improve the competition and to support the participating clubs in doing so as well, too often leagues lack time and manpower to do so.
This is where FBIN steps in.
We take over these tasks as the league’s Club Services Provider, offering various services for the clubs, ranging from research (league-wide or club-specific) to advisory, knowledge sharing and education.
As partner of the league, FBIN provides support based on the clubs’ needs, organizes workshops, field trips and international exchange sessions – whatever is needed and requested.

Development of an Education Program

For the Slovak Football League, we developed the “Club Development Program”, a hybrid education program for people working at the Slovak clubs. The goal of the 9-month-program is to constantly improve the level of knowledge and professionalism of the Slovak clubs.
Digitalization of the Stadium Entry System

After facing some issues with the 10+ year old ID card entry system to the stadium, we adviced Ferencvaros on going all-digital with a digital ID system. We also established contacts with several potential providers of the new system.
