Jeroen De Smet is back in Belgian club football
Royal Antwerp F.C. has introduced Jeroen De Smet as the new Chief Commercial Officer. De Smet most recently spent 4 years at Club Brugge as Commercial Director and additionally runs his own company, Livinzconsult.

Susan Lenderink leaves Ajax
Chief Financial Officer Susan Lenderink will leave Ajax on 1 of March 2025 after announcing her decision to the Supervisory Board and agreeing to stay on to ensure a smooth transition.

Nielsen Sports announces 2 leadership positions
Torsten Vennemann and Sebastian Kube take on the role of leading the DACH and Eastern Europe Business for Nielsen Sports. Together they will be responsible for Nielsen Sports’ overall activities in DACH + Eastern Europe incl. revenue strategy, planning & execution of the region revenue across all existing clients & new business and all sports services/products.

Neil Hart departs from Bolton Wanderers and joins Milton Keynes Dons FC
Bolton Wanderers CEO Neil Hart has stepped down to pursue a new opportunity in football, having strengthened the club’s operations and community engagement since joining in July 2021. Neil Hart takes on a new challenge as the new CEO of Milton Keynes Dons FC.

Christian Boier promoted at F.C. Copenhagen
F.C. Copenhagen has appointed Christian Boier, who has been with the club for more than 11 years, as the new Head of Media & Content.

Ringier Sports Media Group welcomes Bjoern Rosenthal
Bjoern Rosenthal takes over the role of Chief Product Officer at Ringier Sports Media Group on 1 October 2024. Until now, he has been with the DFL for almost nine years, including as Head of Product.

Nikita Filipov back at FC Shakhtar Donetsk
After a 1.5-year break, Nikita has returned to FC Shakhtar Donetsk as the new Club Main Contact in the Sports Management department. Previously, he held the role of Partnership Manager at the club for five years.

Riu Abreu joins Rio Ave FC
After 7 years as Marketing and Communication Manager at Portuguese second division club FC Paços de Ferreira, Riu Abreu takes on the role of Marketing Manager at first division club Rio Ave FC.
