International Matches as an adaptive Project
Based on the on-site experience of almost 90 UEFA Club Competition matches, the International & CSR Department of Ferencvárosi TC led by Bálint Máté, PMP will provide an in-depth session to the participants.
The lecture will be a combination of storytelling and the explanation of the organizational processes based on the guidelines, standards and the Project Management Book of Knowledge of the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Predictive Project Management in a Football Organisation
While many branches of the daily football operations are driven by emotions, certain programs and projects can be planned and implemented in a predictive way, even if all of these are focusing on the people surrounding the football club.
Processes of a classic waterfall / predictive type of project from other, more traditional industries can be applied in human projects, such and social inclusion, community building and health programs.
